Celebrating Boyfie's birthday in advance

This year is the 7th birthday celebration i spent with him. Both of us are Scorpio babies. Since my birthday is just one week after his birthday and we were in long-distance relationship, so we always chose to celebrate our birthday together in the past. But, this year is different. This is the first birthday i celebrate with him after i start working in Singapore. So, no more long-distance relationship!!

This year, there are three different locations for him to choose to celebrate his birthday -- JB, MBS or Sentosa. He chose MBS. Why? Because he never steps in the casino although he always came to MBS met with his best frient --Junkie.

First, we walk around at the Marina Bay Sands. The night scene here is so beautiful. There are many people pattoh here and keep shooting the beautiful night scene here.

I should buy a DSLR for beginner not a compact camera so that I could take photo with the beautiful night scene clearly.. >.<

After that, we chose to dining at a restaurant there cause we can enjoy the nice view and nice environment (always forgot the restaurant name!). First time has the tourist feel in Singapore.

Since we were not very hungry so we just simply order a pizza and pasta. I thought the pizza is a small size pizza. But after made order, i saw the pizza of a family (their seat were just beside us) , i start worrying whether we could finished the food we ordered.

Okay!! after Dinner is betting time! Actually both of us are not really familiar with the games in the casino. We only know roulette. Gambling really makes people lost their mind. When u loss u would to continue betting to win back your losses. When u win u would continue to win more. Luckily, both of us set a limit to ourselves before we enter the casino. We only stay around two hours at there and then go back to watch his favorite football match.

Next week is my turn to celebrate birthday! I am looking forward to my birthday getaway to Bintan!!!

Relaxing after Work

Actually yesterday has a gathering with diploma mates. But, after discussed with my bestie Leehong, we decided to FFK and dine at a special place..hehe. This place I want to go since a long time ago---Arab street, Singapore.

I love the historic buildings here. When you step in this area, seems to come to a paradise without stress and oppressive from city. There are many special shops selling textiles, perfume,souvenirs and along with some unique cafe and restaurants. There are full of tourist here.

The first we came here is to seek a restaurant for our dinner. After compared the menu of different restaurants here, we decided to dine at a Arabic restaurant. The boss and staff here are very friendly and enthusiastic. They keep introducing their famous Arabic cuisine to us.

好习惯改善肌肤

该从和说起呢?

从小妈妈就时常夸我皮肤好,滑滑的,毛孔幼,还会发亮。中学时期的我基本上是没有"青春期"。然而,再好的肤质,没有后天的努力一样会变得非常恶劣。

记得我的脸开是PLKN过后吧.当时的我保养知识可以说是零。因为长期时间得在太阳底下活动,所以买的sunblock是sunplay 130的。当时的我都不知道用了防晒油是要卸的。加上当时在camp里环境肮脏,食物油腻,又加上便秘。所以脸上开始长痘痘啦。

其实,起初是还好而已,但是时间长了,不懂保养,加上一些坏习惯。结果,我的皮肤越发严重。那时候,我也买了很多昂贵的护肤品来用,只要有人说效果好,我就去买。花了好多钱在这上面。但是,再昂贵的护肤品,改不了坏习惯,也只是浪费钱而已。痘痘还是会卷土重来。到底什么样什么坏习惯导致我的皮肤变得如此严重呢?

1.熬夜
-相信很多人跟我一样常熬夜吧,不到眼皮撑不起了都不肯上床睡觉。都说了,晚上11-2点是美容觉了,皮肤没得休息就显得黯淡无光,还会因上火而冒痘。

2.没有做足清洁工作
-每一次都等到眼皮撑不起来的时候才睡,所以洗脸都随便泼两下水就去睡了,有时还懒得理邋不邋遢的问题,直接倒头就睡。这是致命的原因啊!

3.手多
-当脸上长痘的时候,每次都手痒,直接用手或是用青春棒去挤它,结果就让脸上留下永远的遗憾一凹凸洞。而且还常用指甲去扒脸上的痘痘,结果疤痕痘印越来越多。

4.煎炸食物和冻饮
-记得去年要去英国念书前有三个月的假期,于是我便到宿舍附近的cafe打工。那里卖的全部都是我爱吃的食物,雪花冰,奶茶,鸡扒还有一些小吃。真的是无法抗拒这么大的诱惑啊! 那段时候,我 可以说是几乎每一天都在吃这些东西。结果一个月后,我的脸长满了痘痘。

当我的脸陷入最糟糕的情况后,我赶快找了我的美容师表姐求救。在做第一次的facial treatment 时候,我恨不得马上跳下床跑回家,因为真的是太疼了啦!洗完脸后,我的表姐交待我两个星期后一定要回去洗多一次以便清除还没彻底干净的毛孔。当然如果坏习惯还是没有改的话还是会变回之前那样的。像我这样不懂坚持的人,很快地,痘痘又找上我啦。

一直到我去新加坡工作后,当我在新加坡工作一个月后回家时,妈妈就问:诶,怎么你的脸好了很多也滑了很多。 当时我也不明白为什么。过后才发现原来是习惯被迫改了。其实当时我只是用了一些平价的护肤品才十多五十多块马币。

所以必须养成以下的好习惯哦。

1. 早睡
-工作后,可以说是几乎没一天都在十点半以前睡。不然第二天起床的时候都会后悔为什么不早点睡。然后带着睡眼惺忪的表情去上班。

2. 做足清洁工作
-每天放工回家后,脸都油腻腻的,所以都会坚持每天洗脸。洗脸霜不一定要用贵的,平价的也把脸上的有洗干净且不干燥。

3. 忌手多
-由于工作回家后,要吃饭,冲凉,上facebook和看电视,剩下的时间不多,也就没空去照镜子。所以没机会去仔细看看脸上哪儿有痘有黑头,然后手多去挤压留下疤痕。要知道我们的手是最肮脏的最多细菌的。

4. 少吃煎炸食物和冻饮
-的确是很难抗拒,但尽量少吃。如果吃多了就到中药店去买杯凉茶降火吧。女生切记少喝冻饮,会导致嘴巴周围长痘哦。

5. 保养
-不管怎样每星期至少做两次面膜让肌肤享受享受哦。

这是当我的皮肤变得很严重的时候。当时上美容院去做护理的时候， 可以说是在折磨我自己。因为真的是痛到飙泪，好想拔腿就逃。

这是最近的照片。脸上还是有一些凹凸洞和痘印。但至少维持了这些习惯后， 脸上的痘痘明显少了很多。只是生理期的时候还是会冒一两颗痘痘。（照片是完全没有edit过的哦）
